FEELING STUCK?
LET’S TALK ABOUT IT.

If life feels overwhelming right now, you might find yourself thinking:

If this sounds like you, please know — you don’t have to face these challenges alone.
With the right support, you can move past these overwhelming thoughts and find relief.

Hi! I’m Rena, a licensed therapist based in North Dallas, Texas.

I specialize in helping high-achieving teens and women navigate challenges like anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, and struggles with mood. Using evidence-based tools like DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), I guide clients in managing intense emotions and behaviors. But here’s the thing — while these tools are highly effective, they’re just that — tools. More important than any tool is  finding a therapist you can truly connect with and feel understood by.
I take a warm, direct, and down-to-earth approach to therapy— no judgment, no pressure, just a space where you can be yourself and work through things at your own pace. I believe in a little humor, a lot of honesty, and most importantly, genuine connection.
I’m here to provide the support — and sometimes, the challenge — you need because while real growth is not always comfortable, it’s always worth it.

  • First of all, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

Each session is 50 minutes long. The first session, called the intake session, is all about getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your history, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to achieve in therapy. It’s also a chance for you to ask me any questions you might have about the process.

In ongoing sessions, we’ll focus on:

    • Exploring the challenges you’re facing.

    • Identifying patterns or habits that may be holding you back.

    • Practicing new tools and strategies to help you manage emotions, communicate effectively, and feel more balanced.
